the glory project: IMpact

The Glory Project seeks to empower young women through education, discipleship, and hands-on, practical life skills development. Our goal is to enable each participant to experience true healing, discover a clear sense of identity, and walk confidently in her purpose.

With a population of nearly 623,000, Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky. Of this, an estimated 51.3% are women, and approximately 42,000 are Gen Z women. A recent FOX News article titled "Gen Z Branded as 'The Ghosted Generation' as Dates, Colleges, and Employers Keep Saying 'No'", states that rejection has become a defining feature of Gen Z’s collective identity—earning them the title of the “unhappiest generation.”

The Glory Project seeks to come alongside these young women by teaching Biblical truths and equipping them with practical job skills—resulting in renewed confidence, restored hope, and transformation in a safe, loving, and encouraging sisterhood environment.

The current Glory Project consists of two working pieces: the Glory Project, which offers a 6-9 month discipleship program for young women, and Glory Upscale, a thrift offering unique, branded to our image products that are hand-picked at the quality of full-price retail, sold at affordable prices. Glory Co. is a boutique with clothing and home decor items designed by Jada, coming 2030.
