Meet Our Founder
“The Glory Project isn’t just about women- it’s bigger than that. It’s about paving the way for current and future generations that will serve the Kingdom.”
- Jada Chapman, Founder
Jada was born in Louisville, Kentucky, living on the Indiana side prior to coming to Charis Bible College. She had the blessing of growing up in a Christian household and attended private school Pre-K through 10th grade. She began her college journey in 2020, aiming for a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising through Liberty University, which she is obtaining this summer. Her passion for young women and ministry began in high school as she was discipled by a sister in her church that had a few similar passions and helped Jada put her early God dreams on paper. It was during this time that the early ideas of the Glory Project were born and recorded in her journal.
While Jada grew up in a prosperous home for most of her life, she learned the value of hard work, financial stewardship, education and entrepreneurship early, as it was through these God-given principles that her family rose into a life of prosperity. However, inspired by her father’s story and moved with compassion by the underprivileged minorities around her, Jada grew to understand that God had called her to bring the young women of today into a life filled with MORE- more prosperity, more dreams, more confidence, and most importantly, more life filled with JESUS.
Aside from the Glory Project, Jada spends her time developing her relationship with the Lord, completing her fashion merchandising education, enjoying the outdoors, shopping, cooking, and engaging in quality time with her family and friends. Her current occupation is a CSR at a veterinary clinic, as well as occasional social media management and self-employed fashion styling. Following the completion of the Global Training Program at Charis Bible College, Jada plans to work as a fashion buyer or in a related God-given occupation for some time before launching the Glory Project, as well as selling some of her own designs and discipling youth and young adults.
