Program Structure:

Phase One: Gospel Discipleship (months 1-3): Focus on foundational Biblical teachings to help participants deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Phase Two: Glory Rising Curriculum (months 4-6): Training in essential life skills to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, building on the spiritual principles from Phase 1.

Phase Three: Vocational Training (months 7-9): Based upon personal interests, dreams and goals, much of which is discovered and/or grown through coaching sessions, participants are connected with career and livelihood specialists through live sessions on site, as well as college education connections if desired. They will also have the opportunity to have hands-on work experience in Glory Upscale as recommended and/or desired.
